Iconix, Sears Sign License Agreement

NEW YORK - Iconix Brand Group Inc., which owns and licenses apparel brands like Candie's and Joe Boxer, said Wednesday it licensed its Cannon brand to Sears Holdings Corp.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Sears and Kmart stores will offer Cannon-brand home products, Iconix said. Kmart bought Sears in 2005; the combined entity is called Sears Holdings.

Iconix shares rose 14 cents to $20.31 in midday trading. Sears shares gained 70 cents to $97.01.
