Coca Cola Enterprises EVP Buys Shares

NEW YORK - The executive vice president and president of the European group of soft drink bottler Coca Cola Enterprises Inc. bought 40,000 shares of common stock, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings Thursday.

In Form 4s filed with the SEC, Steven A. Cahillane reported he bought the shares Wednesday $23.57 to $23.98 apiece.
