GAO: Army Contractors Risk Conflicts

CACI International Inc., one of the contractors mentioned in the report, said it supports any government efforts "to establish proper roles and responsibilities for contractors and how those contracts should be managed."

The Contracting Center for Excellence had no immediate comment on the report, an official said.
