NEW YORK (AP) - Wall Street has slumped for the second day in a row. Stocks extended their decline after the government confirmed that the last quarter of 2007 did indeed see a sharp economic slowdown.

Investors are also disappointed with Oracle Corp.'s quarterly results. That sent technology stocks falling more sharply than the broader market.
The Dow Jones industrial average is down about 120 points at the 12,302 level.
