WASHINGTON - A unit of Textron Inc. has won a $58.5 million contract to supply 82 armored security vehicles to the Army, the Defense Department said late Wednesday.

Shares of Textron, based in Providence, R.I., fell 55 cents to $55.12 in Thursday afternoon trading.
