NEW YORK - Solar-power stocks rose sharply Tuesday amid a broad market rally, as investors became optimistic that the worst of the credit crisis has passed.
Here is how some key solar stocks fared Tuesday:
Canadian Solar Inc. rose $1.09, or 5.2 percent, to $21.99.
Evergreen Solar Inc. gained 48 cents, or 5.2 percent, to $9.75.
SunPower Corp. added $2.80, or 3.8 percent, to $77.31.
Solarfun Power Holdings Co. added 25 cents, or 2.1 percent, to $12.31.
