NEW YORK - CTC Media Inc. said Monday it completed a multiyear licensing deal with Disney-ABC International Television, the international TV licensing division of Walt Disney Co.
The agreement applies to the licensing of features, live-action series, animated series and made-for-TV movies for the CTC television network. CTC will gain access to the second and third "Pirates of the Caribbean" films, "Enchanted" and "There Will Be Blood," along with several other movies.
The deal also allows CTC Media, a Russian independent media company, to broadcast Disney cartoons such as "Ducktales" and "Kim Possible" and live-action series including "Hannah Montana and "The Suite Life of Zach & Cody."
