DENVER - Natural gas company DCP Midstream Partners LP said Monday Chief Financial Officer Thomas E. Long is resigning to join Matrix Service Co., an industrial construction and repair company, as its new CFO.
DCP said he will stay on at DCP through April 30. DCP added it will begin searching for a replacement immediately.
DCP Midstream shares rose 41 cents to $30.91 in electronic after-hours trading. During regular trading, shares fell 26 cents to close at $30.50.
Shares of Matrix rose 10 cents to $19.33 after hours. The stock fell 3 cents to close at $19.23 during regular trading.
