NEW YORK - Pizza maker Papa John's International Inc. on Monday said it agreed with franchise groups to open 57 more Papa John's restaurants in Canada.

Financial terms were undisclosed. Twenty restaurants will be built by franchisee PJ Atlantic Franchising Ltd., 10 by MJ Taylor Holding Co., 15 by Bajco LLC and 12 will be opened by PDR Associates Inc.
Each group will open at least one this year.
There are currently 14 Papa John's restaurants operating in western Canada and 3,200 worldwide.
