Knight, Clearbrook in Joint Venture

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - Knight Capital Group Inc. set up a joint venture with Clearbrook Financial LLC to provide products to retail brokerages serving wealthy clients, the financial services provider said Monday.

Knight will control 51 percent of the newly formed Knight Portfolio Access LLC and account for the venture as a consolidated subsidiary.
