Budget airline easyJet has been declared the most popular airline website in the UK for the third year running by Hitwise, an online competitive intelligence company.

Hitwise also said that the easyJet website was the most visited travel and transport company, above rail, ferry and car company websites, as well as other airlines.

Hitwise monitored the internet habits of 8.43 million internet users in the UK throughout 2007.
