ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - Satellite TV provider Dish Network Corp. said on Friday it has expanded its lineup of high-definition channels to include CNN HD, Sci Fi HD and USA HD.

The new channels are available to Dish Network customers who subscribe to the company's AT100 or Essentials HD packages or higher, the company said.
Senior Vice President of Programming Eric Sahl said in a release that the company plans to offer 100 high-definition channels and make high-definition TV available in 100 markets by the end of the year.
Shares of Dish added 16 cents to close at $32 on Friday.
