CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Carlisle Cos. Inc., which makes truck brakes, tires, wheels and construction and roofing materials, said Tuesday that Robert G. Bohn was elected to its board.
Bohn is chairman and chief executive of Oshkosh Corp., which makes commercial and emergency vehicles.
Carlisle shares fell $2.42, or 7.2 percent, to $31.39 in morning trading. Shares have traded between $29.01 and $51.57 in the past 12 months.
