Carlisle elects Oshkosh Chairman and CEO to board

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Carlisle Cos. Inc., which makes truck brakes, tires, wheels and construction and roofing materials, said Tuesday that Robert G. Bohn was elected to its board.

Carlisle shares fell $2.42, or 7.2 percent, to $31.39 in morning trading. Shares have traded between $29.01 and $51.57 in the past 12 months.
