WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court is ready to hand down opinions and hear arguments for the last time during the current term.
The court's scheduled session Wednesday is the last for arguments for the term that began in October. The justices also are expected to issue opinions in cases argued earlier.
Major cases that remain unresolved more than three months after being argued before the court include the rights of detainees at Guantanamo Bay and photo ID requirements for voters.
