Bear Stearns' shareholders to vote on JPMorgan offer May 29

NEW YORK (AP) - Shareholders of Bear Stearns Cos. will be asked to vote on the proposed deal to sell the company to JPMorgan Chase & Co. at a special meeting on May 29, the investment bank said Monday.
