Novellus Systems CEO Richard Hill buys 10,000 shares

NEW YORK - The chief executive of memory chip maker Novellus Systems Inc. bought 10,000 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Richard Hill reported he bought the shares for $21.64 to $22 apiece on Thursday and Friday.
