Coca-Cola Enterprises president and CEO buys shares

NEW YORK - The president and chief executive of beverage bottler and distributor Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. bought 20,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, John Brock reported he bought the shares for $22.57 and $22.58 apiece.
