MARLTON, N.J. - Construction management company Hill International Inc. said Monday it will form a joint venture with Talaat Moustafa Group Holding Co., an Egyptian residential and hotel developer.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
The joint venture will provide project and construction management services exclusively on Talaat's projects in Egypt and elsewhere.
The venture, which will be equally owned by Hill and Talaat, is expected to immediately start managing the construction of projects including the Four Seasons Hotel Luxor and a Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, housing development.
