Maxwell Technologies, NessCap end patent dispute

SAN DIEGO - Maxwell Technologies Inc., which makes energy storage devices, and NessCap Co. Ltd. said Monday they have agreed to halt all ongoing patent litigation.

The two companies have agreed to settle the patent disputes over their respective ultracapacitor products. Proposed settlement terms remain confidential, pending a final agreement.
