FERGUS FALLS, Minn. - Manufacturing, utility and diversified services company Otter Tail Corp. said Tuesday its board declared a quarterly dividend of 29.75 cents.

The dividend is payable June 10 to shareholders of record May 10.
The board also declared quarterly dividends on its four series of preferred stock, payable May 31 to shareholders of record May 15.
