Equity Residential executive vice president sells shares

NEW YORK - The executive vice president of Equity Residential, a real estate investment trust, sold 11,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Frederick C. Tuomi reported he sold the shares on Friday for $43.91 to $43.99 apiece.
