SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (AP) -APP Pharmaceuticals Inc., which makes injectable products for acute medical care, said Thursday it expects adjusted profit between 80 cents and 90 cents per share in 2008.

DEVENS, Mass. (AP) -Energy equipment supplier American Superconductor Corp. said Thursday it expects a smaller fiscal 2008 loss than Wall Street expects.
