NEW YORK (AP) - The senior vice president of corporate strategy and development for FLIR Systems Inc. exercised options for 14,000 shares of common stock, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Wednesday, Anthony L. Trunzo reported exercising the options on Tuesday for $9.79 apiece, then selling all 14,000 shares on the same day for $33.91 apiece.

Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.

FLIR Systems, a maker of thermal imaging and infrared camera systems, is based in Wilsonville, Ore.
