The company, which announced the delays on Wednesday, said Friday that they involve two circulating fluidized bed boiler projects, one of which it expected to book in the second quarter and the other it expected to book in its fourth quarter.
In addition, Foster Wheeler said it identified three prospects, one of which it believes it has a good chance of winning. If won, it would replace the delayed project originally expected to be booked in the second quarter.
Foster Wheeler shares fell 48 cents to $68.40 in morning trading.
