World Wrestling Entertainment declares 36 cent dividend

STAMFORD, Conn. - World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. said Friday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 36 cents per Class A share.

The dividend is payable June 25 to shareholders of record June 13.

As reported in February, members of the McMahon family have waived 12 cents per share of the dividends. As a result, all Class A and Class B shares owned by the McMahons will receive dividends of 24 cents per share.
