Agriculture trades lower on CBOT; livestock is up

CHICAGO - Agriculture futures opened lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery fell 12.5 cents to $7.93 a bushel; July corn lost 15.75 cents to $5.99 a bushel; July oats dropped 7 cents to $4.03 a bushel; July soybeans fell 3.5 cents to $13.39 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle rose 0.32 cent to 94.62 cents a pound; May feeder cattle rose 0.45 cent to $1.0837 a pound; May lean hogs rose 1.08 cents to 81.55 cents a pound; May pork bellies gained 1 cent to 80.55 cents a pound.
