IPO roundup: American Capital, Verso Paper

BETHESDA, Md. (AP) -Shares of American Capital Agency Corp. are expected to begin trading Thursday after the real estate investment trust's initial public offering of 10 million shares priced at $20 per share, raising gross proceeds of $200 million.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -Shares of Verso Paper Corp. are expected to begin trading Thursday, a day after the coated paper company cut the number and price of shares to be offered in its initial public offering to 14 million shares at $12 apiece.
