DALLAS (AP) - Information management software provider Tyler Technologies Inc. said Thursday it re-elected all seven members of its board of directors.

The board members were re-elected at the company's annual stockholders meeting in Dallas. The board members include: Donald R. Brattain, J. Luther King Jr., John S. Marr Jr., G. Stuart Reeves, Michael D. Richards, Dustin R. Womble, and John M. Yeaman.
The company also said shareholders approved increasing the number of shares subject to the stock option plan by 2.5 million and ratified the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the company's independent auditors for 2008.
Shares of Tyler rose 25 cents to close at $15.
