ATLANTA - In a May 15 story about an Atlanta police officer on trial in a raid that led to an elderly woman's death, The Associated Press erroneously reported the date she was killed. It was Nov. 21, 2006, not Nov. 26, 2006.
The story also incorrectly reported that Kathryn Johnston was shot 39 times by narcotics officers. Officers fired 39 times. An autopsy report revealed Johnston was shot five or six times.
