IBM signs Deals whit 2 Brazilian Companies

IBM Corp. announced on Friday it signed two deals in Brazil to provide its services in an attempt to extend its market in South America.

The Brazilian partners are Rede Brasil Sul de Comunicacao, an entertainment company to which IBM will provide a service to manage files and BNDES a financial company that will benefit from data and disaster recovery service from IBM.

Shares of IBM were down 0.50 percent to $127.82 in the closing composite trading of the New York Stock Exchange Friday. Shares were trading at $127.59 late Friday.
