NEW YORK - Shares of construction and engineering companies were mostly higher on Wednesday as the broader markets wavered following oil's jump past $130 a barrel.
Meanwhile, Lehman Brothers analyst Andy Kaplowitz said in a client note he expects Fluor Corp. to continue its positive momentum in 2008, saying it is poised to secure several multibillion-dollar projects in the next few quarters. Flour shares added 40 cents, to $1.91.75.

Emcor Group Inc., up 48 cents to $28.19.
Foster Wheeler Ltd., up 36 cents to $77.72.
Chicago Bridge & Iron Co., up 80 cents to $44.68.
