PARAMUS, N.J. - Real estate investment trust Vornado Realty Trust said Thursday it has agreed to sell an office building complex in Virginia to an undisclosed buyer for about $152.8 million.

Vornado's gain on the sale of the Tysons Dulles Plaza in Tysons Corner, Va., will be about $56 million, the company said.
The sale is expected to close in the second quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
Vornado shares fell 9 cents to $94.60 in afternoon trading.
