NEW YORK - Telecom equipment stocks headed lower along with the broader market Friday ahead of the holiday weekend, as high oil prices continued to worry investors.
Wall Street declined, though the National Association of Realtors issued a gloomy but still better-than-expected home sales report.
How some key telecom equipment stocks performed Friday:
Cisco Systems Inc., down 48 cents to $25.10.
Alcatel-Lucent's American Depositary Shares, down 24 cents, or 3.3 percent, to $7.07.
Nortel Networks Corp., down 11 cents to $8.07.
Juniper Networks Inc., down 28 cents to $27.28.
