Dynegy to sell power plant for $386 million

HOUSTON - Power provider Dynegy Inc. on Tuesday said a subsidiary will sell a power plant in Ohio for $368 million in cash.

An affiliate of Tenaska Capital Management LLC will buy the plant, Rolling Hills Power Generation Facility in Wilkesville.

The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
