In Form 4s filed with the SEC, Daniel E. Berce reported exercising the options on Thursday and Tuesday for $8.50 to $8.79 apiece and then selling the same number of shares on the same days for $13.03 to $13.20 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
