NEW YORK - Shares of aerospace and defense companies mostly traded higher Thursday as the market edged up.
Oil prices fell, and stocks reacted positively after the Commerce Department said the economy grew 0.9 percent in the first quarter, which was above its earlier estimate of 0.6 percent.
