NEW YORK - Insurance firm Brown & Brown Inc. on Wednesday said it acquired Alpha Benefits Group, a provider of insurance products and services.
Financial terms were undisclosed.
Alpha Benefits has revenue of about $5 million annually and offers products to clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Brown & Brown provides insurance and reinsurance products and services, as well as risk management, third-party administration, managed health care, and Medicare set-aside services and programs.
