SALT LAKE CITY - EnergySolutions Inc., which handles nuclear waste, said Wednesday it signed a second waste-management agreement with the Tennessee Valley Authority.

The five-year $30 million contract, separate from a recently signed agreement for overall processing and offsite disposal services, provides liquid radioactive waste management to the Sequoyah, Watts Bar and Browns Ferry nuclear power plants.
The latest agreement covers on-site processing of TVA's liquid radioactive waste, cask rental and transportation and spent-fuel-pool cleanout.
