Usd/majors - The greenback extended intra-day weakness vs other major currencies after the release of weaker-than-expected Empire state manufacturing index (-8.68 vs forecast of -2.00 n way below prev. month of -3.23), euro jumped to 1.5499 whilst usd/jpy dropped to 107.94. However, the net long term capital flow data came in better than expected at $115.1 bln vs forecast of $71.5 bln but dlr is still under pressure in general...
