NEW YORK - At an average $3.76 per gallon, Tulsa, Okla., has the least expensive gas in the country Thursday, according to GasBuddy.com.

Tulsa is followed by Oklahoma City ($3.77), Des Moines, Iowa ($3.80), Tucson, Ariz. ($3.82) and Columbia, S.C. ($3.85).
