IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The latest version of the Firefox Web browser, launched Tuesday, was downloaded more than 8 million times in the first 24 hours it was available, according to its developers. Firefox is the No. 2 Web browser behind Microsoft Corp.'s Internet Explorer.
COMING UP: Blackberry smart phone maker Research In Motion Ltd. is scheduled to report its fiscal first-quarter results on Wednesday, while rival Palm Inc. is set to report its fiscal fourth-quarter results on Thursday.
Analysts polled by Thomson Financial expect a profit of 85 cents per share on $2.27 billion in revenue for RIM and an adjusted loss of 18 cents per share on $302.1 million in revenue for Palm.
