Adobe Systems senior VP sells shares

NEW YORK - A senior vice president of software maker Adobe Systems Inc. sold 1,807 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Robert M. Tarkoff reported he sold the shares Thursday for $41 apiece.
