NEW YORK - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services on Monday said it will review the ratings of Tupperware Brands Corp. for a possible upgrade.
S&P has a "BB," or noninvestment-grade, rating on the consumer products company.
S&P said the company has improved its operating performance over the past few quarters and has reduced its debt. The ratings service noted that revenue grew 19 percent in the company's first quarter, helped by emerging-market sales growth and improving growth in North America.
