NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. - TouchStone Software Corp. on Wednesday said its shareholders voted to approve the acquisition of the software developer by computer technology company Phoenix Technologies Ltd.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
Based on results announced at Wednesday's special meeting of stockholders, more than 68 percent of Touchstone's outstanding shares were voted in favor of the deal.
The companies expect the acquisition to be effective July 1.
