NEW YORK - Aerospace and defense stocks mostly fell Thursday morning as the overall market traded lower.

Higher oil prices and continued concerns about the financial sector caused the Dow Jones industrial average to fall more than 150 points in early trading, and the Nasdaq Composite index and Standard & Poor's 500 also skidded.

Morning results in the aerospace sector included:

Honeywell International Inc. slipped $1.60, or 3.6 percent, to $49.90, and reached an annual low of $49.61.

Raytheon Co. declined $1.36, or 2.3 percent, to $56.69.

L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. gave up $2.14, or 2.3 percent, to $91.87.

Hexcel Corp. fell 51 cents, or 2.6 percent, to $19.47.
