NEW YORK - Household durables stocks fell Thursday morning as the broader markets slipped on a downgrade of the brokerage sector and a jump in crude-oil prices.
How shares of some household durables companies are trading:
Black & Decker Corp., down $1.38, or 2.3 percent, to 58.94.
Whirlpool Corp., down 49 cents to $65.09.
Snap-on Inc., down $1.90, or 3.5 percent, to $51.94.
Stanley Works, down 67 cents to $45.34.
