WASHINGTON - Heavy equipment maker Caterpillar Inc. received a $15.8 million contract for multi-terrain loaders and tools that will be used by the Marine Corps, the Pentagon said late Friday.

Shares of Peoria, Ill.-based Caterpillar fell 32 cents to $73.43 in morning trading Monday.
