NEW YORK - Aerospace and defense stocks edged mostly higher in Monday trading, with the largest gains going to Honeywell International Inc.
The stocks traded higher as oil prices edged down from record levels, and results in the sector included:
Honeywell, up $1.05, or 2.1 percent, to $50.28.
General Dynamics Corp. gained 92 cents to $84.20.
United Technologies Corp. picked up 55 cents to $61.70.
On the losing side, Precision Castparts Corp. fell $2.68, or 2.7 percent, to $96.37.
