Shares of the Franklin, Tenn., company have traded as high as $40.05 in 2008, but since reaching that mark on April 25, the stock is down 17.7 percent. Analyst Gary Taylor said the stock offers little risk at its current levels, and said the company will earn at least 56 cents per share in the second quarter, equaling Wall Street estimates.

According to Thomson Financial, estimates for the second quarter range from 51 cents to 59 cents per share.

Community Health Systems shares ended Monday trading at $32.98, and Taylor holds a price target of $33 per share.
