3M buys Australian chemical manufacturer K&H

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Conglomerate 3M Co. said Wednesday it bought Australian chemical manufacturer K&H Surface Technologies Pty. Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.

Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.

K&H makes body fillers, mold release agents and other products used in professional and do-it-yourself automotive refinishing as well as the hardware and construction markets.
